Robin Colvin

Title Agent

Robin Colvin began her title career in 1992 in Northern Virginia where she started performing title searches, recordings, preparing title policies, preparing recorded documents, and learning the ropes of the title insurance industry. In 1996 Robin made the move into the closing facet of the business and since then has been involved in all aspects of real estate closings including review and opening of resale and builder contracts, refinance transactions, processing, closing and handling escrow and underwriting audits. In 2004 Robin moved to Palm Beach County to continue handling all aspects of real estate closings. Her first venture in Florida was opening a branch office for a well-established title agency located in Northern Virginia and Pennsylvania. Following this, she was instrumental in the startup of Guarantee Title, Inc. in 2008. In 2012 Robin took a chance on a dream and opened Platinum Title Insurers, LLC. Owning Platinum Title Insurers has been one of the greatest professional and personal experiences. As a Florida Licensed Title Agent and Notary Public Robin has handled 1,000's of real estate transactions from open to audit. In her spare time, Robin enjoys reading, cooking, and is passionate about contributing to a charity called Little Smiles as its Vice President. She is the proud aunt of two and loves them like her own.

I've worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years, gaining hands-on experience in everything from title processing and post-closing to title curative work across various title companies and law firms. I've also managed teams as a Branch Manager, where I focused on keeping transactions smooth and clients informed. I'm a mom of three, and when I'm not working, you'll usually find me at the beach, exploring new places, or spending quality time with my family.

Chad Dubin

Chad A. Dubin is a business entrepreneur and experienced venture capitalist, investment banker, and equities trader. Chad began his career on Wall Street as an investment banker in the emerging Biotechnology sector. As the co-founder of Trautman Kramer Securities, he was responsible for structuring and managing multiple private equity fundraising campaigns. Born in Philadelphia, Chad grew up in Orlando, FL. He has been happily married to Heather, his wife of 18 years, and blessed with two beautiful children, Faye, and Lincoln. Chad is involved in his local community, and dedicated to his church and coaching high school wrestling.

A Mansfield, PA native, Heather enjoys cooking and maintaining a healthy lifestyle by incorporating exercise and nutrition into her daily life.
